$25 Grocery Challenge - baby food galore

Hastings is a happy camper today with her 36 jars of baby food and gerber graduates puffs! I also found out today that the Southern Family Markets is closing so my Publix no longer considers them a competitor :-( and wont accept the $5 off $50 purchase coupons I have. But even without my $5 off coupon I was only $2 over my weekly budget - here's how it went down:
(36) jars Earths Best organic baby food stage 2 - her favorite kind is Peach Oatmeal Banana!
(1) gallon Publix milk
(1) bag Publix tortilla chips
(2) boxes of Scotties tissues
(1) Sparkle papertowel 8 pack
2 green bell peppers
(2) 4 packs of Yoplait Yo-Plus yogurt
(2) packs Eight O'Clock Coffee
(2) pints International Delight coffee creamer
(1) Old El Paso taco seasoning
(2) cans of diced green chilis
(1) jar Gerber Graduates puffs

Total before sales and coupons $78.70
Total AFTER sales and coupons $27.43

Here's what's on the menu for us this week:
Slow Cooker Taco Soup
Beef Enchiladas with Refried Beans
Southern Pork Chops with mixed veggies and apple sauce
Spaghetti and meatballs
Chicken Divan (from the freezer stash)
and out one night for date night

*remember* all of our meats and veggies are bought in bulk when they are on sale and then frozen until we use them (this includes green peppers and onions! just chop 'em up and store them in ziploc freezer bags)
