A few friends who read our blog have expressed concern that we never buy meat on our publix shopping trips. Rest assured we have PLENTY. We buy all chicken, beef, pork, fish in bulk at Costco about once every two months.
I started doing the coupon thing a few months before Trent showed up. I love it. Not only does it save you money, but it changes the way you cook. When you buy stuff on sale, you always have a full freezer and pantry so most of the time you can make just about anything whenever you want! It led me to start making a lot more things from scratch too so now we buy all our baking supplies and cans of tomatoes from Costco too. :)
