update

Unfortunately this update is not a happy one, I just want this to be over. I cried like a baby while the packing was changed in the wound today...clearly need to pop more pain medication prior to it being done in the future.  Currently there is about 2-5 feet of gauze packed inside my wound that must be changed by a home health nurse twice daily. 
I'm a mess - overwhelmed by the discomfort of the wound and pain of having to pump breast milk.  Please just say a little extra prayer for me...
