Not only did Jim construct the gate into our backyard this weekend... he also SOLVED my allergy issues! I've been suffering from severe allergies/chest pains/breathing issues over the last 2 years (most recently with walking pneumonia/pneumonia). After being out of town for a month we started thinking maybe our house was the problem. The home is very energy efficient and was built with a completely sealed crawl space. The fresh air system we had installed (that never actually worked correctly) was sucking air from the smelly/musty/moldy crawl space and circulating it throughout the house. Needless to say, bye bye "fresh air system" bye bye sealed crawl space and HELLO clean air in the house. I feel like a new woman :-) Thank You God for my handy husband.
