**UPDATE - Hastings slept through the night in her big girl bed! (ok 7:30pm to 5:30am...but i'll take it!) She was so proud of herself when she walked in to our room, there was no way she was going back to sleep.
Yes, we know it's early...but please reserve judgement (and/or giving unwanted advice on the matter)
There's no set age you have to do anything - do what works for Hastings - and here's to many long naps and good night sleeps in her new bed!!!
ReplyDeleteWe've moved all our kids to a bed (and a twin too!) around 18-20 months! Never had a problem either! We are thinking bunk bed for the boys since they're officially sharing a room now!! So fun!
ReplyDeleteWell, I heard that moving your child into a toddler bed too early can cause [insert disease, syndrome or mental illness here] :) What a big girl! Can't wait to hear how she does!
ReplyDeleteGo for it--you were in a twin bed at 18 mos and loved it. don't be surprised if you find her asleep on the floor in the morning with a book or toy. hugs, GranT
ReplyDeleteSo cute! Love how the little beds look! I don't think you're too early either! Lu and Jack were both in beds by 19 months (because they both crawled out and fell out of their cribs - geesh!) So, if you look at it that way, you're actually being a SUPER mom and KEEPING Hastings from injury! There ya go! :-)
ReplyDeleteShe looks so cute in the bed!
ReplyDeleteOK, maybe a stupid question.... what age are you "suppose" to start in a toddler bed???
