Our deep freezer overfloweth! We need milk, bread and salad at the store today, but the rest of our food will come from the freezer stash and/or stockpile.
A friend put together a freezer meal party on Monday night and I came home with ELEVEN yummy meals, so here's what is on the freezer/stockpile menu at our house this week:
Cheesy Chicken Enchiladas
Broccoli Cheese Soup and grilled cheese sandwiches
Taco Soup served with tortilla chips and shredded cheese
Santa Fe Chicken Casserole
Cheesy Beef Quiche
Leftover Chili (from the halloween bash)
